Buenas noches, yo utilicé la prueba gratuita, adjunto capturas, donde se refiere que la prueba finaliza en 32 días, esas capturas las saqué el sábado 26 de abril. Y hoy me di cuenta que me cobraron la suscripción en la tarjeta. Alguien me puede explicart esto?. Gracias.

En una de las capturas incluso dice:

"Finalizar la versión de prueba

Aún te quedan 32 días de prueba gratuita. Una vez que canceles, perderás el acceso a las aplicaciones de la prueba"

Thanks for reaching out. I can see that you have an annual subscription with monthly payment cycle for CC all apps. Did you use any coupon code while making the purchase which gave you 30 days of free trial?

the free trial is 7 days.

Cuando quise darla de baja antes de los 7 días, me apareció ese cartel en verde, que dice prueba gratuita 32 días restantes. Y fijate que dice más abajo, prueba gratuita hasta el 28/05.
