Me hacen pagar por darlo de baja antes de la fecha

Hello, how is this possible? I want to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription before it automatically renews. According to my account, the subscription ends on May 14, 2025, and today is May 11, 2025, so I'm within the first year of my contract.

According to Adobe's own policy ("Subscription and Cancellation Terms" - https://adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html ), annual subscriptions with monthly payments can be cancelled without penalty if done before the renewal date, i.e. before the exact day of the first anniversary.

 

I therefore request immediate cancellation without penalty, as I am still within the first annual contract.

 

I'm going to cancel it because my plan is going from €30 to €55, which I don't think is feasible. I'm canceling it in advance, and yet I'm still getting a message saying I'm going to be charged €335.04!!! In return, I won't get the service!

No me has entendido. Puedo cancelar, el problema es que estoy intentando cancelar mi suscripción a Adobe Creative Cloud antes de que se renueve automáticamente, y me salta un aviso que dice que se me van a cobrar 335,04 € ¡Solo por cancelar! Lo estoy haciendo en el tiempo estipulado previo a que comience el nuevo año.

on your current subscription, if you pay annually there's no penalty for cancellation.  if you pay monthly and your 12th payment has been received, there's no penalty for cancellation.
