Todo este año me han sacado plata de mi tarjeta como si tuviera un plan vigente y no tengo ninguna cuenta con ustedes. He intentado en varias ocaciones hablar con el banco pero ellos me dicen que no pueden hacer nada y que debo comunicarme con ustedes... pero no hay forma, nadie contenta, nadie dice nada... ESTOY DESESPERADA! Que debo hacer para que no me sigan robando dinero?????

If you have no account, tell your bank that your personal information has been stolen and is being used by an unauthorized person. They should have processes in place to handle this. If this is a charge to a credit card, talk to the issuer and tell them that your credit card has been compromised. Again, they should have a process to handle this.
