Hello,
I bought a LaCie Rugged SSD4, which came with 2 months of free Adobe Creative Cloud Pro membership. On the 7th of October 2025 I started my Adobe membership, and purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud package (which came with the SSD). On the 5th or 6th of December 2025 I wanted to cancel the free trial, but the system would not let me. After that they deducted a monthly fee. At the end of December I checked my Adobe account again to see what was happening with my membership. I saw that I had no longer a subscription. I spoke to the Adobe Virtual Assistant, who confirmed that I do not have a subscription. On the 7 of January 2026 they still wanted to deduct the new monthly fee. Please cancel my subscription and delete my bank card details from your system, because I only wanted the free subsription!

Could you give me an email address for Adobe Costumer Service where I can write my problem? Or a phone number or something...?

no one can cancel for you.  you have to do it yourself.

start here to see the account with the subscription, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html?linkId=100000379229962

then check your account, https://account.adobe.com

Thx, I checked it, but I still see that I have no subscription. I do not understand why they want to deduct the new monthly fee. Is it works if I delete my account?

Deleting your account does not cancel the payment... you need to find and cancel the subscription

So the 'unknown charge' link did not work for you?
