Merge 2 Adobe accounts in one

Hi guys.

I'm having issues when downloading the Adobe Cloud app, it keeps loading over and over.

The thing is that following the steps from the forum, the Terminal is showing me restricted permissions to access the file.

However, I believe the issue is because I have 2 Adobe accounts.

In the first account I'm paying Adobe products, and is registered with a email address A. Then the other account with no paid products has email address B.

The problem here cames when I'm traying to modify the email address of the no paid account with the paid account. The error message is displaying, telling me that I already have an account.

How can I merge both accounts in a single one? Is this something that can be solved by calling Adobe Sales department?

Thanks in advance!

Cristina
