Message saying Trial Over Please Subscribe when I've subscribed monthly for years and am current

Hello. I've been using Adobe and Adobe Pro for many, many years. My account is current, however recently, I am unable to edit any PDFs. I continue to get a message saying my trial period is over and I need to subscribe! Can anyone assist with this matter? Thank you in advance.
