Mi cuenta no reconoce los pagos a pesar de actualizar
Debia 2 meses del plan anual de adobe, lo compre en black friday con prueba gratis por ende tengo 12 meses a 40%, hace unos dias por fin pude obtener los fondos para pargar, y aunque actualizo mi informacion de pago y sale en verde, actualizo la pagina y me vuelve a salir error, han pasado mas de 24 horas y no se me desbloquean los programas, y ya se me hace necesario, lo mas pronto posible alguien pudiera ayudarme a que puedan confirmar mi pago de verdad y devolverme el acceso a los programas.
I owed 2 months of the annual Adobe plan. I bought it on Black Friday with a free trial, so I have 12 months at 40% off. A few days ago I was finally able to get the funds to pay, and although I update my payment information and it shows green, when I refresh the page it shows an error again. More than 24 hours have passed and the programs are still not unlocked, and I really need them. I would appreciate it if someone could help me confirm my payment for real and restore my access to the programs as soon as possible.
