This is my first time using Lightroom. After using the free seven days I would like to use it for another month or two to see if I really like it. If I don't like it, can I cancel the subscription at any time and only pay for the months I use Lightroom?

Thanks.

NOTE: i (in usa) don't see a lightroom monthly plan. if you don't see one, the answer is no, there is no lr plan you can cancel penalty free prior to one year.

Hi @srg_007,

Thank you for reaching out.

After your 7-day free trial ends, you can choose from three subscription options:

  • Monthly plan (no annual commitment): You can cancel at any time, and you'll only be charged for the months you use Lightroom.

  • Annual plan, paid monthly

  • Annual plan, prepaid

For both annual options, you will be charged for the full term after the trial. However, if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund and your account will revert to a free membership.

You can find more details on plan types and cancellation terms here:

Let us know if you have any questions about which plan works best for you.

Regards,
^AN

yes, IF you choose a monthly plan.  ie, choosing an annual plan paid monthly will trigger a penalty if you cancel before the one year agreement.

take your time and pay attention when subscribing.
