Mir wurde trotz Ankündigen eine Rabatts ein höherer Cloud Preis angezogen. An wen kann ich mich diesbezüglich wenden?

Mir wurde heute ein Creative Cloud Preis von 65,54 Euro vom Konto abgezogen. Mir wurde aber per Email ein Rabatt für den ursprünglichen Preis von 55,84 €/Mon gewährt. (Siehe Screenshot er Email)

An wen kann ich mich wenden?
