Misleading Billing!

Believing that I was activating an Adobe editing service, I actually activated the “AI Assistant for Adobe” service… total nonsense for me! Ok, my mistake.
The subscription remained active and I didn’t cancel it immediately because I know any profesional company so far Informed and notified me when it was time to cancel. But apparently not — I only received a notification one day after the trial ended, telling me that I had to pay.

Shouldn’t I have been notified at least on the last day of the trial, informing me that it was about to end and asking whether I wanted to continue or not?

Now, whether I want it or not, I’m being charged €8.12 for a service I didn’t even use!

I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t use or for something I was misled into buying.

How should I proceed?

Hi lucian_3885,

We appreciate you reaching out.

Adobe offers full refund if you cancel your plan within first 14 days of purchase. Please refer to this article to know how to cancel the subscription: https://adobe.ly/49Etnm2

Once cancelled, an automatic refund is initiated from Adobe. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.

I hope it helps.
