Misleading plan subscription - how to cancel without fee?

I thought I had purchased a month to month subscription for Lightroom which I could cancel at any time. As I went to cancel it, it says I have a fee to pay to cancel because it is an annual subscription. This is not what I remember it saying when I signed up. How do I complain and speak to a real person at Adobe?

It would seem that you did not understand that what you read just above the AGREE AND SUBSCRIBE button said you were buying a one year subscription
