Hi, I purchased adobe creative cloud subscription for a year a week ago and till today I still can't use it because there is a communicat "You will be able to manage this plan soon" and "Your new plan payment has been received and will be available for management shortly". The money still they leave my bank account, and i need to know why it is taking so long? I need to to use those programs as soon as poosibble.
