Missed subscription renewal

Hi, I missed the subscription renewal and today I was charged a larger amount - 80 euros instead of 36 euros. Is it still possible to cancel the subscription?

    I don't want to pay a 440 euro cancellation fee!!!

     

    I'm very disappointed with the entire service... During my year of using the Pro plan, I had: a month of struggling with Premiere Pro after an update, which stopped working normally and made it impossible to work in. InDesign, which started closing itself after one of the updates... Now I have a subscription problem. Not to mention the website working properly when I want to switch to my region…..

    You people just know how to ruin people's moods.
