Mistaken payments

Hi!

I started a free trial of Adobe InDesign in September last year, and I never managed to install it on my computer. When logging in to my account to end the plan, I found that there was no way to end it (I doublecheked many times). I thought this had to do with me never managing to get started, so that there was no plan to end. But now I saw in my bank account that there have been monthly payments to Adobe since then, even though I have not had an active plan! This is a complete mistake which needs to be corrected. This forum is probably not the right place for this issue, but I have looking all over Adobe's website for ways of contacting them, and I have found none. Could anyone let me know how to contact Adobe about this?

All the best

For the benefit of others reading this, here is how to contact Adobe:

(Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.)
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

I finally found a way to contact Adobe by phone, and this issue is now solved. I cannot see how to delete my post. But it solved, any way.
