Misunderstanding with the payment

How should I proceed when 70€ was deducted from my bank account for a monthly subscription, even though I should have free access to Adobe software with my university credentials during my ongoing course?

Hello! My account now shows a missing order of 70 euros, as well as two orders of 20 euros each, even though this should not be the case. Originally, I created the account for my schoolwork, which was supposed to be free, but it seems that activating the school account also reactivated my old personal account, which is why I paid 70 euros to make a 30-second video... I had previously sent an inquiry about this here, but I never got the money refunded. At that time, I did cancel my subscription, but now money is still disappearing from my account every month, even though I canceled my subscription a long time ago. You should definitely be able to verify that I haven't even used any programs. It would be very pleasing if these funds could be refunded to me and, most importantly, the subscriptions could be stopped, even though I have already done this a couple of times... Thank you in advance for your help!

check your account, https://account.adobe.com to see if you're being charged for something managed by your school (and, if so, contact your admin), or if you're being charged for something managed by you (and, if so, contact adobe support).

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
