Mixamo and Fuse license.

Hello.

I want to ask can I use Mixamo/Fuse files for my Engineering Thesis? I mean I will need to include project raw files (and that mean I probably would have to include Mixamo/Fuse raw files). Is that fine?

    Can't speak for Adobe, but it sounds OK from what you describe, especially as it's a non-commercial use... But check the licensing terms to be sure:
