Привет! Вчера с меня взяли плату за подписку без моего согласия! Вам следовало спросить меня, буду ли я продолжать пользоваться вашими услугами. Я не ввел код подтверждения для списания средств. 21.01.2022 Я попал в больницу со сломанной правой рукой. И я не буду использовать ваше приложение. пожалуйста, верните мои деньги обратно. Я могу предоставить фотографии руки. Скажите мне, куда отправить, и я пришлю фотографии.

Subscriptions automatically renew. This is explained on the sign-up page. 

 

 

If you want to cancel the subscription, you will have to contact customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. 

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
