Bonjour Communauté,

Que faire lorsque le support adobe ne rappelle pas / ne se manifeste pas ?

J'ai échangé longuement via le chat en début de mois, le support a conclu en indiquant qu'un "expert" me contacterait.
Banco.

Pourtant, après 2 relances écrites, nada, j'attends toujours.

On est peu de chose...

Hi @chaw,

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account details and I found that you have an active subscription for CC all apps, however, it is not a student teacher license.
Could check where do you see that you have a student teacher's subscription?

Thank you for your support.
I have attached several screenshots:

  • my initial plan (in december)
  • an email I received on 1 January (I thought it was a mistake !) telling me that my student period was over (?). Which was never requested. Nor was it ever indicated.

Hope I will help et solve the issue.

Hello Kglad,

Thank you for your comment.I've had a CC 100Go plan for about 10 years, with no problems, and it suits me fine. Since January, I don't understand why they switched me to the student plan (!!). I can understand that there was a mistake, I'm just asking for my plan and rate to be restored + the refund of the overcharged.
But no explanation and no reply.

an adobe employee will need to help you with the next step.  (repost here if you don't here from a badged employee in this thread within 24 hours.)

 

if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
