Hey, I recently got (Student) Creative Cloud Plan and my free trial already ended (but it is not 14 days from purchase) and I was wondering, if I wanted to cancel plan now, will I get my money back automatically or no (so I need to do something)?

Thanks for help!

these are user forums and you'll need to contact adobe support to make your case so get your story straight. (eg, there's no adobe edit for a desktop. you may mean adobe acrobat pro.)

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

I bought an Adobe edit for a Desktop and unfortunately I am not satisfied with it because I cannot edit and edit a PDF file. I am totally disappointed and I want my money back, because Adobe technical support does not give any guidance. I WANT MONEY REFUND

My understanding is that so long as you cancel within 14 days of signing up for the subscription (including the 7 days' trial), then you should get a full refund. Make sure that you get a comfirmation email from Adobe that your plan was canceled. If you're at all concerned about it, you can try contacting customer support and do it through them. Tell them you want to cancel because you'll be using a different plan, or they'll try to get you to keep this one with a promise of 3 months free. Which means you'd have a subscription for 15 months but only pay for 12.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

CHAT: Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work. Disable any ad, pop-up, or script blockers.

This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.

If that doesn't work, try this link, which opens a chat window directly:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

PHONE: You can also search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

Hello,

Thank you for help! I already contacted Adobe Support and canceled my plan, so everything should be okay now.

Have a nice day.
