you cannot contact adobe customer service via these forums.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Subject: Request for Refund of Unused Adobe Subscription

Dear Adobe Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue with my Adobe subscription. I have been charged for a second month of service despite having unsubscribed from the service. I would like to request a refund for the charges incurred during this period as the service has gone unused.

I followed the proper procedure to unsubscribe from the service before the renewal date, and I have not used Adobe services during this period. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the charges debited from my account on 24 August 2023 and 24 Sep 2023.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that you investigate the issue and process the refund as soon as possible. Please confirm the refund request and provide a timeline for when I can expect the refund to be processed.

If any additional information or documentation is required from my end, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. I value my experience with Adobe and hope to resolve this matter promptly.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Mohamed

using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

or contact the Adobe Twitter team at @AdobeCare
