MONEY REFUND

I canceled Creative Cloud on November 15th.
I applied for a fee change, they changed the fee within 10 days, but today, November 25, there is still nothing.
So I don't understand?

Your sentences are difficult to understand. You should probably write in your native language.

If I understand you well, you got promised a refund within 10 days, but your refund did not yet arrive? Please note that the 10 days are business days and November 25 is a weekend and in addition, it's a holiday weekend in the USA. You are in the 6th (if Friday is a non-working day) or 7th day.

it's not clear you're owed a refund, but check your account to see if one's pending, https://account.adobe.com

 

and, if you want to discuss with adobe, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
