money was debited from my card

Hello, on November 6, at 20.20, 274.99 Turkish liras were debited from my card. I talked to my bank and they said that the money was transferred to Adobe, but I cannot reach the support services. I could not find their e-mail address. I am a Turk. I cannot reach Adobe. Please refund my money.

We don't see any active susbcription under the ID that you are using with this community. We hope you were able to cancel the subscription and get a refund. If your issue is still not resolved, do let us know.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
