Question

Monthly charges don't add up

I recently recieved an email saying:

The price of Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB is increasing, changing from £43.32/month to £56.98/month (inclusive of applicable taxes/VAT/GST) on your next renewal date.

However i'm currently paying £51.98/month not £43.32/month as stated above. When i tried to ask the virtual assistant for help they gave me this information about my account (before promptly cutting me off):

Here are the details linked to your account:

Creative Cloud Indiv (active)

Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB (active)

What is 'Creative Cloud Indiv' and does the additional £8.66 relate to this? I only signed up to one service as far as i know.

What would be deemed confidential in the info i shared? The price is universal (unless it isn't?!)

How do i contact Adobe Support that isn't via that live chat platform? Is there an email address?

no email. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
