Monthly payment went up 10 pounds?

Question

Hello folks, hope you are well.

First time posting in the community and would like to ask if any of you experienced an increase on the monthly rate? I´ve been paying 16 pounds anc change and for the past 2 months Im being charged 28 pounds and change, I haven´t made any changes on my plan, it´s the same one as more than a year ago.

Any advice?
