Monthly Subscriptions of PhotoShop TOO MUCH

Dear All, I am only finding out today the one off payment for the Photoshop has been replaced with a monthly subscription and I found that very very expensive given that my children may only use one feature of this platform. This is not like a Netflix where we watch movies anytime. We do not use all your platforms everyday they may be a good thing to have but the $22 subscriptions per month for infinity is ridiculous if we do not need this all the time. Can you assist us here please? My daughter came up with a Uni project where she must design a cover page for an album for her assignment.  Could you assist us please? Regards Elizabeth

    The only one time fee is for Photoshop Elements... Photoshop is only by subscription

    You can subscribe to a Photoshop for $10 a month. It's a huge bargain, though you must pay for the whole year: when it was last sold, Photoshop was $700, like six year's subscription. But it is one license per person; there is no family license, and no transferring a license.
