Move account ownership

Hi, we had an employee who had individual account with company's email and now the person has left the come. How can we recover the company files from the account?

    Technically if it's their individual account, you cannot request access to it. Contact the former employee and ask him/her for the files.

    Do you have the login information?

    If not, I don't think you will be able to do that.
