Moving over cloud storage

Question

Hi everyone! I imagine this is a common subject, but figured I'd ask given the situation. When I was in high school, I had my Lightroom provided for me for free. I used that account as my primary and only Adobe account, but when it expired (graduated in May) I didn't export everything over. I'm still logged in on my phone, and can see all of my photos but can't access anything about plans or moving it all over. Is there anything I can do to regain access or move it to my new account, or am I going to have to move it all over manually? Thanks in advance

I do recommend getting the image in your account on your local device exported/extracted out of the app for safe keeping.

One I approach I recommend is using Finder (or iTunes on older Macs, or Windows) to copy the Originals folder out of your Lightroom app cache. Details on how to do that are here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/recover-lightroom-mobile-photos-itunes-file-sharing.html

Otherwise, you could try selecting all your desired images, and choose Export As... [original, or JPG with largest available dimensions (in case originals aren't available)]

If you could still access your cloud-based images, ie., by signing into your old account at https://lightroom.adobe.com, then I would recommend using the Lightroom Downloader app to save your images from cloud storage.
