Question

Multiple Accounts

I believe my Google Account got me in here.  My current email address is <removed-kglad> however, I once had the now deleted <kglad>  I believe I might have an account under that obsolete address.  However, so many of your communities are product oriented; and I could not find a specific one for a product like this.  From what I remember, I may have owned Photoshop on older Windows versions.  Sorry that this might turn out to be the wrong place to post.  Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @louis_1627,

We appreciate you reaching out.

I reviewed the account details associated with both email addresses. There are no active or trial subscriptions associated with either of them.

Could you share more details about the query you have?

I don't believe I had an Adobe account under this email address, the one I use most often.  Other than some older Photoshop program, I never bought another Adobe product.  However, I may have an account under an older email address, one that I have not used in a long time.  Thanks for getting back.

I appreciate the update, Louis, and the long-term use of our software and services! You can use the steps at https://adobe.ly/4a3BmJs to reset the password for the account you used to register your Adobe software. Once you are logged in under the correct account, then see https://adobe.ly/47U0r8g for directions on how to download the installation files. ^JW

Thanks for getting back although not very helpful.  I don't have any financial information from that long ago, except that I had Photoshop.  At one time computer manufacturers included some basic version of it.  After logging in I could not find this thread, and had to depend on the links in the email notification.  Thanks again.

what happens when you start to check your account (https://account.adobe.com) using the info you do have?
