Multiple accounts help

I would like guidance as to how I cancel one of my two adobe accounts, as I would like to consolidate the number of log in parameters. Thanks, Mark.

    Adobe does not directly support merging or combining two separate Adobe accounts, as each email address is treated as a distinct identity with its own subscriptions, cloud storage, and assets. To consolidate, you must manually cancel the subscription on one account, transfer files, and potentially purchase a new plan on the preferred account.

     

    Alternative (Profiles): If you have a business and personal account, you can use the "profile chooser" to switch between them, but they remain separate.

    I just went through all that. I didn’t realize I had opened a second account maybe 10 years ago and it was blocking my Adobe Stock contributor account. Basically I had to find all my Adobe IDs (email addresses) and I found the iCloud ID that I didn’t know I had. Then I went to chat and had to tell it what I wanted several times before it connected me to a human. The human couldn’t understand several times, and kept calling my cellphone which was on a lower floor of the house. After getting hung up on by two agents I found a third who did as  I asked even though he tried to call without telling me. I never did answer the phone. He just went ahead and cancelled what was in the account, first, and then cancelled the account.
