Multiple Business profiles wont let me access adobe sign

It appears I have multiple business profiles under the same company.
I already had a Pro subscription and the I think my work wanted to migrate everyone to adobe sign so now I have a seperate profile for that.
one profile named CompanyName  and one named CompanyName.AdobeSign.

When I manage the CompanyName.AdobeSign account, it says I have access to AdobeSign, but when I try to go it it seems to automatically think I’m still the other profile and say I don’t have access, I never get the chance to choose the AdobeSign profile.

How can I fix this?
