Multiple charges after change of plan

I changed my plan to Photoshop only before I was supposed to be billed the entire $69.99 for the multiple apps but I ended up being charged both the $69.99 AND the $22.99 for Photoshop alone. Please refund the $69.99 and please make sure I will be charged for Photoshop only moving forward. Thanks

@MiriamD26 thanks for posting. I can confirm that you did successfully change your plan on March 23rd. Any refunds that are issued as part of the change plan process will take up to 14 days.

Hello I need help with a similar issue please. I changed my Adobe plan to only Photoshop so I won’t be charged the whole suite that I’m not using but I got charged twice both for the $69.99 Adobe Suite plan which includes the Photoshop AND the Photoshop plan alone. Please refund the $69.99. I changed the plan before I was supposed to be charged but I got charged anyway and was charged for both the $69.99 and the $22.99 for Photoshop alone.
