Multiple Lightroom redemption codes created separate subscriptions – how can they be merged?

How can Adobe combine my Lightroom redemption codes into ONE subscription?

I have been trying to resolve an issue with several Lightroom 2 TB redemption codes through Adobe Support since July 2026. Despite multiple support cases and escalations, there is still no working solution.

The problem itself is actually quite simple:

I had an older Lightroom 2 TB redemption code, which I redeemed first. This activated a Lightroom subscription.

I then purchased two additional Lightroom 2 TB redemption codes. Naturally, I expected these codes to extend the duration of my existing Lightroom subscription.

Instead, the two new codes created a second, separate Lightroom subscription with a two-year term.

So I now have two Lightroom 2 TB subscriptions running in parallel, even though all I wanted to do was extend the duration of my existing subscription.

My specific question to the community, and especially to Adobe, is:

How can the subscription periods from the two newer redemption codes be combined with the Lightroom subscription activated by the older code, so that I end up with ONE Lightroom 2 TB subscription containing the full prepaid subscription period?

I do not want two parallel Lightroom subscriptions. I simply want the subscription periods I have already paid for to be consolidated into one single Lightroom subscription.

This issue has been ongoing since July 2026. There have already been multiple contacts with Adobe Support, several support cases and escalations. My current case, ADB-47000205-T6C4, has also been escalated. Since then, I have mainly been told that they are waiting for a response from another team.

More than two months later, I still do not have a solution.

I sincerely hope that an Adobe employee sees this post and can provide a clear answer as to whether and how Adobe can consolidate these two subscriptions and their remaining periods, and most importantly, who at Adobe can actually make this correction.

After more than two months, I believe it should be possible to find a solution to what is ultimately a fairly straightforward issue involving redemption codes that have already been paid for.

Thank you for any helpful response.

Thank you. I am already working with Adobe Support and have been trying to resolve this issue with them for about two and a half months now.

During that time, I have contacted Support several times via chat and have had multiple conversations about the issue. I currently have an open support case that has already been escalated.

At this point, I receive a message from Adobe almost every week telling me that my case is still open, that they are waiting for an update from the responsible team, and that they are doing everything they can to resolve the issue. But after about two and a half months without an actual solution, I find this increasingly frustrating and, frankly, difficult to understand.

That is exactly why I decided to try the Community as well, hoping that someone here may have experienced the same problem with redemption codes and knows how it was eventually resolved.

I redeem codes and they seem to be adding time not running in parallel. What did the codes you got say, any specific information with those codes which mentioned how they would work with an active sub account?
