Question

My 14 day all apps trial was ended a day after i started it

I started a trial for all apps and the next day I got an email saying I no longer had access to creative cloud all apps, why is this?

I checked the "Adobe trial software expired early" page and none of it happened to me.

Why Adobe 7-day Trial Ends Early:

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/trial-software-expired-early.html

Adobe trial software is time limited. A trial might expire early for the following reasons:

  • System clock changed.
  • Trial used or attempted on a different computer.
  • Automated virus scan run.
  • Improper user rights set.
  • Installation failed or damaged.
  • Executable file modified.
  • Debugger attached.

Hope that helps.

there have been other reports of trials ending early.  there's nothing you can do to fix that other than starting another trial with another adobe id on another computer.

There is only a 7-day trial, and it can't be taken twice. If you still think, the trial got cancelled by error, you should contact customer support.
