Hi everyone,
My Adobe account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, but I’m certain that I didn’t forget or enter my password incorrectly. This is a password I use frequently and haven’t changed recently.
The issue is that my account has been locked for over a month now, and I haven’t received any response from Adobe or guidance on how to appeal and resolve this. This has been severely impacting my work because my Behance account, which hosts my professional portfolio, is linked to this Adobe account.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance.
