My account has been stolen

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community,

My Adobe Stock account has been compromised. I received an email notifying me that the email address associated with my account had been changed without my authorization.

Since then, I am no longer able to access my account. I tried contacting the online support agent, but they were unable to locate my account using either my original email address or the new one that was set by the attacker.

In addition, an unauthorized subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud Pro was purchased using my credit card. I have already blocked my card through my bank to prevent further charges.

I have already reported this incident to law enforcement authorities.

I still have proof of ownership of the account, including invoices, billing statements, and purchase history linked to my original account.

Could someone from Adobe please advise me on the correct escalation path to recover my account and cancel any unauthorized subscriptions? I urgently need help restoring access and securing my account.

    I looked into your account info and I could only find a team’s license associated with it. If you do not have access to your account right now, did you try the account recovery options listed here?https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/sign-in-and-security/security-and-recovery/cant-sign-in-to-adobe-account.html

    hi 

    Pretty much the same has happened to us. ALL of our adobe products account were taken over by fraudulent email and stolen -taken over in its entirety, and our financial information was used to purchase further product without our authorisation. 

    Have you managed to retrieve the data? They are telling us that it is in the cloudy and thatchy can see but they are not allowed to obtain back as it is under an other email address. Yes that is correct they are allowing access with the other email account and not able to block or change it back to ours? Do I need legal advice to proceed to retrieving this data which is ours? 

     

    Any help here would be great.. we have been talking to technicians in Spain and India and not of much help… they have zero authority on anything and we need to retrieve what we have paid for for yearssss - it is all ours and sitting there and ADOBE has the key? Amy legal help would be great por other … please can someone help ?

    Yes, I already tried the account recovery methods listed there, but unfortunately none of them worked.

    I should also mention that I am writing from a different Adobe account than the one that was compromised.

    Hi ​@Lukasz383985885ig0 sorry to hear about this. However, these are peer to peer forums not official Adobe help, so it is better you get in touch with Adobe folks using the channels you used before.

    You mentioned contacting Adobe through the channels I used before — could you please clarify which channels you mean exactly? I have already contacted online support, but they were unable to locate the compromised account.
