My account has the wrong email, so I can't cancel, and can't reach anyone at adobe

My account is linked to the wrong email address, so I can't cancel my subscription. There doesn't seem to be chat or email support to actually reach anyone, and nobody picks up the phone either.

 

Am I going to get scammed every month for this? Is my only option to cancel my credit card to avoid being overcharged?
