My account looks like trial

I bought and keep paying every month, for about two years,  the Creative Cloud for Students pack, and when I open it today, it appears like I just going to start a trial to buy the product. Why is this happening? Why the account looks like I never pay?

Pablo, to add to Manan's response, there is no Creative Cloud membership currently associated with the e-mail you used to post this public discussion forum.  Please verify with whoever you bought the Creative Cloud for Students membership from, that you are using the correct e-mail address to sign in.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
