My account was hacked and i want to change the email

My email was hacked, and it was the same email I used for my Adobe account

I had a paid account, but I luckily unsubscribed before; however, I have a huge cancellation fee to attend to. I just need to change the email on my account and deal with it.

Is there any way to contact Adobe to help me?
