My account was stolen

ALL of our adobe products account were taken over by fraudulent email address and stolen -taken over in its entirety, and our financial information was used to purchase further product without our authorisation.
How can I retrieve the data? They are telling us that it is in the cloud and that they can see the data there but they are not allowed to obtain it back as it is under an other email address (the fraudulent one). Yes that is correct they are allowing access with the other email account and not able to change it back to ours? Do I need legal advice to proceed to retrieving this data which is ours?
Any help here would be great.. we have been talking to technicians in Spain and India and not of much help… they have zero authority on anything and we need to retrieve what we have paid for for yearssss - it is all ours and sitting there, and ADOBE has the key? Any legal and technical help would be great … please can someone help ?
I am shocked by the repossess we have had. Adobe is the only one that can unlock it - they have our data under a fraudulent account and are keeping a hold of it. I can prove that this is is ours thanks to all email,s invoices, payment transfers etc .. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
