My account was supposed to have cancelled
I cancelled my account two months ago and today I get a message that it tried (and failed) to bill the card on file. Thankfully there was nothing in the account at the moment, it's the card I use for specific bills. It's telling me I cannot even make any changes to the account, that should have been cancelled already, until I update my payment method. I can do nothing and cannot even add money to my bank card for other purposes because Adobe will take it. I do not want this account active anymore and took action to ensure that did not happen. Please advise.
