My account was supposed to have cancelled

I cancelled my account two months ago and today I get a message that it tried (and failed) to bill the card on file. Thankfully there was nothing in the account at the moment, it's the card I use for specific bills. It's telling me I cannot even make any changes to the account, that should have been cancelled already, until I update my payment method. I can do nothing and cannot even add money to my bank card for other purposes because Adobe will take it. I do not want this account active anymore and took action to ensure that did not happen. Please advise.

Check your email inbox for confirmation that you cancelled.  Also look in your Spam folder.

I looked into your account details. I could not find any record of subscription cancellation. You have an active plan was CC all apps which was last used on May 01, 2025(as per the records).

When did you cancel the subscription? Did you receive any email confirmation for it?
