My adobe account access authenticator keeps crashing when I load it

My adobe account access authenticator keeps crashing immediately when it opens.

I have: deleted and reloaded, hard reboot, reset the phone settings, made sure I have password and biometric access to the phone. Worked with apple support. redone the above multiple times.

Help! please
