My Adobe Cancellation hasn't refuned

On 9th-April 2024, I received the auto-pay subscription for monthly Photography Plan on my credit account. Right after that, I visited the Adobe website to cancel my plan and it charged me $49.95 more for debit, I didn't know why. And I cancelled the April Plan but it extended my Plan til May.

 

And after cancellation confirmed, I haven't received the reimbursement for it.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have a problem with a refund - I didn't get enough money.

How to get missing refund?

DOn't ask me to do it via chat bot as it is impossible as it does not understand a probelm and doesn't know what to do.

 

I need help from a real person who can make money transfer
