My bank account was charged my subscription fee, but my adobe account believes it did not! Billing date is beginning of month, fee comes out beginning of each month.

My bank account was charged my subscription fee, but my adobe account believes it did not!

Billing date is beginning of month (1st April for this instance), fee comes out beginning of each month. I want to amend my account because my subscription has jumped from £28.99 to £66.49.

    According to my  paypal account and my actual card account the payment was taken, and not refunded/failed
