Hello, my elderly mom activated adobe subscription needlessly and is getting charged monthly. We do not know the account credentials, we only see the card charged. Can someone provide us the e-mail from account where followng transactions are charged? [Sensitive info removed by forum moderator.]

  • If you cannot help us will just close the card.

Something to consider and verify with her credit card company

I have read past messages where a card was cancelled and the credit card company automatically transferred the subscription to the new card... so if you do cancel that card be sure to talk to someone at the credit card company to be sure the subscription is not just moved over to a new card at the same company

Adobe Account log-in is typically your email address and a password that only the customer would know.

For obvious security reasons, this publicly accessible user-to-user community can't help you with that.

contact adobe support to see if they can help.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

When I type Agent I get reply that there is no subscription active on my current google account (of course, Im not adobe client...) and I need to start one to be able to get agent assistance. I will try twitter, thank you.
