My cloud files where suddenly ereased

Question

When I entered creative cloud I got a message about an expired license, I clicked to continue with the free plan and I got an error that didn't let me access any files, when I go to the files section it tells me that it is empty. How can i solve this? I can't find my cloud files anywhere and all of them where in the cloud

This won't help the original person with lost files, but For anyone else reading this...
You should always have a local copy of all files, not just in the cloud
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files
A USB flash drive to carry with you... here are 2, there are many more available
