Creative Cloud Pro subscription was cancelled due to suspected fraudulent activity. I purchased the subscription legitimately and I believe this is a false positive. Please escalate my case to the Fraud Prevention/Genuine Team for a manual review and restore my subscription.

I reviewed your account details and found that there was no subscription associated with this account. Have you posted this thread for a different email address? If yes, you must have received an email where a contact number would have been mentioned to contact for a situation like this.
