My CS6 just disappeared; I get a window telling me my trial of the web version has expired. Help!

Obviously, I've been using this for a long time. Mostly I use photoshop. A brief power outage shut down my computer. I restarted it with no issues. I just tried to open something with Photoshop and get a window telling me my "design and web premium trial" has expired. I didn't have a trial. I had a perpetual license of CS6 that was purchased probably 10 years ago.
