Hi, I was under the impression I was on a free subscription until March but I may have misunderstood the terms, my debit card is negative due to a transaction on this account, I have another Creative Cloud account (I can provide the info if needed) where I´m paying around $60 or more monthly. This debit card is for my studies only and I haven't been able to use it, is it posible to get a refund?

@marianaacalvo , thanks for posting about the problems you have encountered managing your different subscription commitments.

I see that in addition to the trial you started at the beginning of the month, you also began a new commitment for Adobe Stock today. If this was done in error, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html for details on how to end your new subscription to Adobe Stock. Please be aware that any unused credits will be lost once you begin the cancellation process.

For any other unneeded or duplicate subscriptions that you have started, @marianaacalvo see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html for steps you can take to self-cancel the subscription. Additional information on the cancellation and the fees associated can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html.

If the unneeded subscription is under a different account, then you will want to complete the self-cancel steps under that account to manage the commitment, @marianaacalvo .
