I am reaching out regarding my late son’s Adobe Cloud account. He passed away a few years ago, and I believe he stored edited photos that are deeply important to me and my family.

I would like to understand the process for gaining access to his account. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation, such as proof of my relationship to him and any legal authorization required. Please let me know the steps I need to take.
