My desktop app is not allowing access to my files saved in my adobe website. Also I can't save my files to the adobe website. What is wrong?

I have not been able to save files from my computer to the Adobe account. Can someone help me trouble shoot please

Do I understand correctly that it happens when you attempt to save an InDesign document as a ‘cloud document’ (.inddc)?
